Return Policy

•Returns are accepted on everything BUT sale items

• ALL SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL

•A 25% retocking fee will be charged if you choose to return your product

•Return shipping will be paid at the customer's expense (local customers can do return drop-offs)

•Refunds will only be offered in the form of store credit

Please understand that Market 3.16 is a small business. When an item is returned, we are charged a hefty restocking fee when/if an item is sent back to our vendors and we also have to pay return shipping. If we were to give full refunds AND pay these fees out of our own pocket, our business would not be able to survive.

With all of that being said, please do not ever hesitate to contact us if you have a question about sizing before you purchase or if you have purchased something that doesn't work for you please let us know!
